Victoria & N’cee | Marlborough Sounds Wedding Photography | Blenheim

So, I’m having a really good 2012. There may or may not have been a few 4am finishes, but every single couple I photographed got their photos before deadline this year. That is even going include the ones from this December! That’s the good news.

The only problem with this work programme (I love, love, love it… but it takes it out of you) is that every second of screen time I had was sucked into Adobe. I got zero opportunity to think about my blog, so there’s a stack of gorgeous couples who sadly haven’t appeared. That’s the bad news.

I’m hoping to catch up on some of those over the next few weeks while the schedule returns to normal – as normal as it gets for  New Zealand’s summer wedding season, anyway. And I’m starting today with these two (more good news!): Victoria and N’Cee.

These beauties returned from Vancouver, British Columbia to marry in Marlborough wine country just outside of Blenheim. They were surrounded by love, laughter and family (not to mention a breathtaking natural backdrop of old trees, calm fields, a meandering river and acres of vines). All of that came together for them, along with brilliant sunshine to match a perfect day at Victoria’s family estate.

Nice shots, Mary. Here’s to a 2013 where you find a way to blog more because your wedding photography needs to be out there!
