A wedding atop Wellington’s blustery Mt Victoria is always a bold move. An average Wellington day will see pretty severe winds, which for a wedding day could mean flying chairs, loose hats, carefully set hair shredded and the odd lost grandma. Myles and Catharine, though, must know something we don’t. Somehow, in the midst of Spring storms in this beautiful but unpredictable city, they caught an epic day with barely a breath of wind. But the real story here is Catharine’s dress; gorgeous, as you can see, and a last minute ring in when her original dress designer failed to deliver. She worked side by side with the new dressmaker and even designed the back herself. Just look at the result. A spectacular dress, on a spectacular day, for this spectacular couple.
