Megan and Mattias | Wellington Waterfront Engagement Photography

If ever there was a couple who deserve a clear, sunny wedding day, it’s probably Megan and Mattias – especially after what they braved on the Wellington waterfront. They flew in from Australia for their engagement shoot last Friday, and the capital took the opportunity to whip up a mean batch of wind, plummeting temperatures and some angry-looking clouds threatening to pour down rain.

Meagan and Mattias were total troopers. They must have been frozen, but you’d never know it to look at them. Their wedding day is sure to be a complete 180 in Martinborough this coming January, and the photos will probably be filled with loads of sunshine and light airy backdrops.
But for now, here are these two braving the intense and intensely changeable Wellington spring, and looking absolutely beautiful together.
